One million square foot building. Blasting was not allowed so we had to breakout all of the hard rock with large excavators with breakers. The rock was sized for use as on-site rip rap and landscape rock. Hard rock was removed at all utility trenches, building foundations and pavement areas. General contractor is Hillwood Construction.
